Are You a Walking, Talking Apology?
🎧 The 5-Letter Word Holding You Back

Hey LEX-
One of the strangest life concepts to appreciate is Subtraction.
For much of our lives, we’re led to believe we need More.
We need to do more, be more, have more.
More is always better…
But what if it’s the exact opposite?
What if our greatest accomplishments can be reached through less?
What if we can grow by:
Unlearning bad habits
Getting rid of old narratives
Letting go of people and self-criticisms that no longer serve us
In other words, what if we Subtracted instead of Added?
Did you read Tuesday’s issue?
This will all make more sense once you’ve read it which you can do directly below…
WHEN LEX IS MORE
Continually saying “Sorry” and being forever apologetic ain’t a good thing.
On one hand, it feels like saying “Sorry” is being respectful and mindful…
But in actuality, oversusing it demeans our character and lessens our access to opportunity.
Check out The Sorry Reflex in action below and be sure to click on the podcast episode directly underneath it.
Cheers,
Claude
