Why Dyslexia Isn't The Enemy

Hey LEX!

I remember when I first started talking about dyslexia online, I got a direct message from someone who had read my post.

They mentioned that I should consider using "people with dyslexia" instead of "dyslexic."

It stuck with me. Because so much of who we are and who we become is rooted in identity. And a big part of that is how we refer to ourselves.

Which is exactly what this week's newsletter is about!

Because somewhere between the diagnosis and today, dyslexia may have gone from being something you have to something you are.

And that shift changes your outlook.

Before you dive into the podcast version, quick question.

If there was one topic you'd love to read about or listen to next week, what would it be? The more precise the reply, the better.

🆗 Not bad: I want to be more confident
✅ Better:-) I want to be more confident so I can speak up during meetings at work.
