The Hidden Psychology Behind Dyslexic People-Pleasing

Hey LEX-

I gotta tell you…

Writing this newsletter is a privilege I don't take lightly, especially knowing you're taking time out of your day to be here.

When I first started making content for my previous blog in 2018, I was so intimidated by the thought of it all…

The idea of sharing my opinions out loud seemed insane.

  • What if I say the wrong thing?

  • What if I insult the very people I’m trying to help?

  • What if I don’t know enough or am somehow unqualified?

The truth is, there will always be concerns.

I won’t always get it right.

My opinions might outgrow old insights as my knowledge deepens and expands.

And it’s all okay.

Being Powered by Dyslexia means learning without pretending we have all the answers.

This piece was born out of a meal I refuse to eat.

And while workshopping the idea, I uncovered the deeper psychology around dyslexic people pleasing.

Point being, you don’t need all the answers to start.

From one silly little catchphrase and targeted research, I uncovered a framework that’ll become a whole Masterclass, if not more. (And yeah, that's on my To-Do list.)

Just like you, I'm learning as I go.

But I wouldn’t have this privilege if it wasn’t for you…

So, THANK YOU!

This week’s podcast is absolute fire 🔥🔥🔥
