✅ Why Dyslexics Over 30 Struggle to Make Friends

Hello friend-

In 1938, during the Great Depression, Harvard researchers decided to start tracking people to figure out what makes them happy and healthy.

Nearly a century later…. the findings shattered all assumptions about what creates a good life.

What started as following a small group has expanded into one of the world's most comprehensive studies on human happiness - now including multiple generations and data from hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

This study tracked participants through careers, marriages, failures, and triumphs.

Forget the money. Forget the fame. Forget even your genes.

The single biggest predictor of health and happiness? Your relationships.
