✅ 3 Dyslexia Myths We Need to Ditch

When i was living on this island called Bainbridge outside of Seattle Washington in the mid 90's, there was a cute little store of knick knacks on the main strip called Nothing I Need.
Sure - it was kind of funny tongue-in-cheek name but as you can imagine, they changed it pretty quick.
Smart-keting and Adver-teasing.
The world will make you think you need stuff you don't. The machine will have you believe you're too much one day and not enough the next.
The truth is - no one really slips on bananas so let's stop pretending they do.
Deep down - you're strong, resilient, capable and a whole lot more skilled than you give yourself credit for.
Remember who you are and what it is you actually want and not what “they” want you to want; trust yourself.
These days they’re are more and more neurodivergent narratives on social media - some created to make you feel some kind of way that may not be inherently yours.
It’s up to you if you think dyslexia is a superpower.
Just make sure this is your truth and not one that’s been imposed on you. It will affect your mental health and decisions moving forward.
AND NOW - BANANAS!
