✅ The Dyslexic Prescription for Your Funky ills

Holy Moly!

We’re in June already!

I really think there should be a law against time moving this fast.

Meanwhile, back at the Hall of Justice, we’re re-jiggering the concept of the Imposter Syndrome.

🚨 ⚠️ 🚨 ⚠️ 🚨

Feeling like an imposter or suffering from a case of The Not-Good-Enough Blues doesn’t mean you lack capabilities.

Instead, it’s an internal awarness (warning light) letting you know you’re not yet living into your full potential.

Feeling like an imposter means you need to do more, not less. It's not a judgment - it's your system saying express yourself, not impress others.

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

What You’ve Been Told…

PXD: Your New Insight

Why it happens:

It’s from pressure or not feeling good enough.

It’s because you feel a bigger version of yourself trying to emerge

Main story:

Shame & concealment: You feel like a fraud or you don’t belong.

Growth & becoming: You feel the gap between who you are and who you could be.

How to fix it:

Talk nicer to yourself and accept you’re already enough.

Start acting on your potential and develop self trust through growth

How it feels:

Scary because you might get “found out.”

Scary because you finally have to show up as who you really are.

TEST DRIVE

I get that this might feel like a major shift.

So sit with it and start adding your real life scenarios to this new way of thinking.

You’ll find that it’s spot on while at the same time - it comes from a place of expansion, not deficiency.

Next time you feel that 'imposter' twinge, ask yourself:

'I’m not enough compared to who?'

'What does that even mean?'

Then ask -

'What if this isn't inadequacy?

What if this is recognition that I'm playing small?
